T-Molding

T-Molding is the plastic trim or edging that is used to give a neat finish to a wide range of products, including arcade machines, slot machines, tables in VW camper vans, furniture, boats and more. T-Molding is sometimes referred to as plastic trim, t trim, t lining or plastic edging.

T-Molding can be ordered per foot, or if you prefer to work in metres you can use the feet to metres converter on the product page to work out how many feet you need. We stock a wide range of colours from Black T-Molding to Chrome-T-Molding and even Gold-T-Molding. We also stock Black Leather Texture T-Molding and wood effects such as Oak T-Molding, Maple T-Molding and Teak T-Molding, which are a good choice for furniture or VW Camper Van projects. The most popular size is usually 3/4 inch T-Molding, but we also stock 15mm T-Molding. Our T-Molding is very flexible and bends easily to go around corners on the edges of arcade machines or furniture. Plastic T-Molding is easy to clean; wipe down using a soft damp cloth so the plastic finish on your edges always look as good as new.

To install T-Molding, you need to use a slot cutter to cut the slot into the edge of the wood. The t-molding can then be tapped into the slot with a rubber mallet or soft faced hammer. If the slot has been cut to the correct width, the T-Molding will fit tightly in the slot. A small bead of glue can be used in the slot prior to installing the T-Molding to ensure a more permanent fit.
