Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Returned items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging where applicable.

Warranty
We offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all retail orders in addition to your statutory rights. Some products have even longer manufacturer-backed warranty periods. In the event of product failure within the 1-year warranty period, we will offer to repair your product free of charge or replace it like for like if a repair is not possible.

Software Licence Keys
Due to the nature of digitally delivered software licence keys, there are no return options available. Once a software licence key is received by the customer, it is then considered in the public domain and can't be returned for any reason. There may be unique circumstances where a refund can be offered, but this would be on a case by case basis and at the decision of Extreme Hardware Limited.
